THIRD LEG STAND*
My TTLS is a long three-piece wooden rod that is held together with screws for easy assembly/disassembly. At the top of the TTLS is a stainless-steel hook that attaches under the saddle and securely holds to the bike. The rod is White Ash that I turn on the lathe and each piece has screw-in attachments to enable the rider to quickly assemble the stand and put it in place. I can supply the rod with the natural wood or black. All wood parts are finished with Polyurethane finish for durability. The entire assembly comes in a hand-made fabric sleeve with Velcro attachments. We stow ours in our saddle bag but it could easily be attached to any part of the frame with a couple of pieces of Velcro.
I’ve solved the problem of “bike roll” after the bike is set on the TTLS with a Brake Holder* (BH) that fits from the handle bar to the front brake lever to safely activate the front brake to keep the front wheel from rolling while using the TTLS.
Since bikes come in a variety of sizes, I need for you to measure the distance from the metal frame that supports the saddle straight down to the ground. When you order, put that information plus the preferred wood finish in the PayPal comments section. The TTLS comes with a fabric case to hold it and the BH. There is no separate case for the BH. If there are no notes in the “Instructions to Merchant” section, I’ll assume that you want the black stand and that you have a medium-sized frame on your bike.
The TTLS and BH can be purchased separately or combined.
